What do you think makes a great neighbourhood? It’s probably something about it being older, full of rich colours, trees lining the streets, the architectural variety or knowing your neighbours.
At Anselmi Ridge we have given a lot of thought to the neighbourhood experience. The houses have been designed to overlook the streets and parks. On-street parking and footpaths mean that streets always have people coming and going. We have created a neighbourhood which has a series of spaces and places for all different uses.
All that thought has been recognised with Anselmi Ridge winning an Award for Urban Land Development at the Property Council New Zealand 2011 Awards. View winners here

The Residents’ Society ensures you continue to get the best out of the shared green areas, by maintaining the covenants and working with the Council to maintain trees in public places.
The Anselmi Ridge master plan was created by award-winning urban designers who favoured community, security and park-like open spaces. To top it off a number of homes at Anselmi Ridge have also picked up awards.
All paths lead to Anselmi Village - A local coffee, evening stroll and somewhere to eat are the little things that make a difference. Of course, having those in a place where you can spend time or linger, enjoy the waterways or meet others makes it a truly great place.
The village will be the heart of Anselmi Ridge.

Walkways are for strolling through your neighbourhood and to Anselmi Village. Narrower streets are designed with pedestrians and cyclists in mind, letting people enjoy them, not just cars.
Just like any traditional neighbourhood, Anselmi Ridge will be home to all kinds of people - young people, older people, singles, couples and families. That’s why we have designed different types of houses, each with their own special features.
Anselmi Ridge's residents are growing daily, they love the waterways, walkways, feeding the ducks and they make use of our Visitor Centre (the red barn) for get togethers.

A special feature at Anselmi Ridge is the low impact design Stormwater solution. All the water is treated onsite to ensure it is of the highest quality as it flows into Manukau Harbour. Auckland Regional Council now uses Anselmi Ridge as a benchmark.
